IGS uses automated SMS and email systems as a core part of our platform delivery and marketing. The following disclosures apply to all SMS communications:

A2P 10DLC Compliance Notice

  • Email: Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message per CAN-SPAM Act requirements. Click "Unsubscribe" or email us to remove yourself from any list.

10
White-Label & Reseller Data

IGS operates a SaaS infrastructure. The following provisions apply to resellers and white-label partners operating under the IGS Agency Pro account:

  • Sub-Account Data: Each client is provisioned an account. Data within that sub-account (contacts, conversations, automations) is operationally owned by the client and managed on their behalf by IGS as a data processor.
  • Client Contact Data: Contacts added to a client's account by that client are not owned or claimed by IGS. IGS processes this data solely to provide platform services.
  • White-Label Partners: If you operate as a white-label reseller of IGS services, you are responsible for maintaining compliant privacy policies with your own end clients. IGS is not responsible for data handling deficiencies at the reseller level.
  • Data Isolation: Client sub-accounts are logically isolated. One client's contact data is not visible to or accessible by other clients.
  • Snapshot Deployments: Workflow snapshots deployed to client sub-accounts do not contain personal data — only configuration logic and templates. No PII is transferred through snapshot deployment.
11
Children's Privacy

The IGS Platform is designed for and directed exclusively at business professionals (B2B). We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will delete such information promptly.

12
Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:

  • All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS).
  • Payment data is tokenized by Stripe and never stored on IGS servers. Stripe maintains PCI DSS Level 1 certification.
  • Access to client data is role-restricted and audit-logged.
  • Administrative access to our systems requires multi-factor authentication.
  • We conduct periodic reviews of our data handling and security practices.
Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that poses risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals within 72 hours of discovery, or as required by applicable law (whichever is sooner), via email to the address on file.
13
International Data Transfers

IGS is based in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA. Our Platform infrastructure operates primarily within the United States.

If you access our Platform from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using our Platform, you consent to this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.

14
Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or Platform features. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
  • Send a notification email to all active clients at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
  • Display a banner on our website notifying visitors of the update.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and submit a data deletion request per Section 9.
