This Privacy Policy applies to AdIntel, a competitive ad intelligence tool developed and operated by Ingenious Growth Systems LLC, headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA. AdIntel enables advertisers and marketing professionals to analyze ad patterns from Meta's publicly available Ad Library using the Meta Ad Library API.
By accessing or using AdIntel, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference.
We collect the following categories of information when you use AdIntel:
| Data Type | What It Is | How Collected | Stored by IGS? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meta Access Token | OAuth token you generate in Meta's Graph API Explorer to authenticate Ad Library requests | You enter it manually into the tool | No — browser session only, never sent to IGS servers |
| Search Keywords | Niche or business keywords you enter to query the Meta Ad Library | You enter them in the search field | No — processed client-side in your browser |
| Ad Library Data | Publicly available ad creative data returned by Meta's Ad Library API (page names, ad copy, delivery dates) | Fetched from Meta's API on your behalf using your token | No — displayed in your browser only, not stored by IGS |
| Usage Information | General analytics such as page views, feature usage, and error logs — no personally identifiable information | Automatically via browser analytics (if enabled) | Aggregate, anonymized only |
| Contact Information | Name and email address if you contact us directly for support | Voluntarily provided via email | Yes — retained only as long as necessary to respond |
AdIntel does not collect, store, or process: passwords, payment information, Social Security numbers, government-issued ID numbers, biometric data, or sensitive personal categories as defined under GDPR or CCPA.
We use the limited information described above for the following purposes:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising, user profiling, or any automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
AdIntel integrates with the Meta Ad Library API (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to retrieve publicly available advertising data. Our use of Meta platform data is governed by the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies.
Specifically, regarding Meta platform data:
By using AdIntel with your Meta access token, you authorize us to make API requests to Meta on your behalf for the sole purpose of retrieving publicly available Ad Library data for your competitive research use. You remain solely responsible for the security and appropriate use of your Meta access token.
AdIntel uses the following third-party services to deliver its functionality:
| Service | Provider | Purpose | Data Shared |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meta Ad Library API | Meta Platforms, Inc. | Retrieving publicly available ad creative data | Your Meta access token (used only for API authentication); your search keyword; country/filter settings |
| Claude AI | Anthropic, PBC | AI-powered pattern extraction from ad copy text | Publicly available ad copy text retrieved from Meta's Ad Library (no personal user data) |
| Google Fonts | Google LLC | Typography rendering | Your browser's IP address and user agent (standard CDN request) |
Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Meta, Anthropic, and Google.
AdIntel does not operate a backend server or database that retains personal user data. The tool operates as a client-side application. All data processing — including API calls, ad filtering, and AI analysis — occurs within your browser session.
In its current form, AdIntel does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or persistent local storage to identify individual users. The tool does not set cookies on your browser and does not use cross-site tracking technologies.
Third-party services embedded in AdIntel (such as Google Fonts) may set their own cookies or make network requests governed by their respective privacy policies. You may configure your browser to block third-party requests if desired.
If future versions of AdIntel introduce analytics or session persistence features, this policy will be updated and users will be notified in accordance with Section 13.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request." We will respond within 30 days (or as required by applicable law). We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

CCPA (California residents): If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Because AdIntel operates as a client-side application that does not store personal data on IGS servers, most data deletion occurs automatically when your browser session ends.

If you have contacted us by email and wish to have that correspondence deleted, send a deletion request to [email protected] and we will confirm deletion within 30 days.
AdIntel is intended for use by marketing professionals and business owners and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will take prompt steps to delete the information.

For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland: To the extent that any personal data transfer to the United States is required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses as approved by the European Commission.
API requests made to Meta's Graph API and Anthropic's Claude API may be routed through their respective global infrastructure. These providers maintain their own data transfer compliance mechanisms.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Meta access token and for revoking it promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
