By accessing or using AdIntel, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference.

We collect the following categories of information when you use AdIntel:

AdIntel does not collect, store, or process: passwords, payment information, Social Security numbers, government-issued ID numbers, biometric data, or sensitive personal categories as defined under GDPR or CCPA.

• To provide the AdIntel service — processing your keyword and token inputs to fetch and display publicly available Meta ad data within your browser session.
• To generate AI-powered analysis — passing publicly available ad copy (not your personal information) to the Anthropic Claude API for pattern extraction and competitive intelligence reporting.
• To improve the product — using aggregate, anonymized usage data to understand how features are used and where improvements can be made. No individual user data is used for this purpose.
• To respond to support inquiries — using contact information you voluntarily provide to answer questions and resolve issues.
• To comply with legal obligations — retaining or disclosing information where required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising, user profiling, or any automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

AdIntel integrates with the Meta Ad Library API (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to retrieve publicly available advertising data. Our use of Meta platform data is governed by the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies.

Specifically, regarding Meta platform data:

• We only access data explicitly permitted under the ads_read permission scope.
• We do not store Meta user data on IGS servers beyond the current browser session.
• We do not use Meta platform data to build user profiles or for any purpose other than providing the AdIntel competitive intelligence service.
• We do not sell or transfer Meta platform data to third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks.
• Your Meta access token is used solely to authenticate Ad Library API requests and is never stored, logged, or transmitted to IGS infrastructure.
• Ad Library data retrieved via the API is displayed to you in your browser and is not retained after your session ends.

By using AdIntel with your Meta access token, you authorize us to make API requests to Meta on your behalf for the sole purpose of retrieving publicly available Ad Library data for your competitive research use. You remain solely responsible for the security and appropriate use of your Meta access token.

AdIntel uses the following third-party services to deliver its functionality:

Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Meta, Anthropic, and Google.

AdIntel does not operate a backend server or database that retains personal user data. The tool operates as a client-side application. All data processing — including API calls, ad filtering, and AI analysis — occurs within your browser session.

• Meta access tokens — held in browser memory during your active session only. Cleared when the browser tab is closed or the session ends. Never transmitted to IGS servers.
• Ad Library data — retrieved from Meta and displayed in your browser. Not stored by IGS. Cleared when the session ends.
• Exported reports — when you use the Export or Copy features, report data is saved locally to your device. IGS has no access to exported files.
• Support correspondence — emails sent to [email protected] are retained for up to 12 months or as required to resolve your inquiry, then permanently deleted.
• Aggregate usage analytics — if collected, retained in anonymized form for up to 24 months for product improvement purposes.

In its current form, AdIntel does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or persistent local storage to identify individual users. The tool does not set cookies on your browser and does not use cross-site tracking technologies.

Third-party services embedded in AdIntel (such as Google Fonts) may set their own cookies or make network requests governed by their respective privacy policies. You may configure your browser to block third-party requests if desired.

If future versions of AdIntel introduce analytics or session persistence features, this policy will be updated and users will be notified in accordance with Section 13.

AdIntel is intended for use by marketing professionals and business owners and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will take prompt steps to delete the information.

Ingenious Growth Systems is headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA. If you access AdIntel from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland: To the extent that any personal data transfer to the United States is required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses as approved by the European Commission.

API requests made to Meta's Graph API and Anthropic's Claude API may be routed through their respective global infrastructure. These providers maintain their own data transfer compliance mechanisms.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information processed by AdIntel. These measures include:

• All API communications are conducted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Meta access tokens are held only in browser memory and are never transmitted to IGS infrastructure
• No backend database eliminates the risk of a server-side data breach affecting your personal information
• Access to support correspondence is restricted to authorized IGS personnel only

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Meta access token and for revoking it promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
